Brian Fitzpatrick, Founder & CEO

Brian attributes much of his grit and love of competition to growing up a rabid Duke fan living in Chapel Hill, NC. From an early age, he has had a deep interest in engineering and a thirst for new perspectives. These ultimately drove him to UNC Charlotte, where he double majored in Mechanical Engineering and Physics. Scholastic torture, as he often calls it, endearingly.

Sustainability, too, in many senses of the word, has been a conceptual bedrock that has guided his path. After working as a process engineer at Corning in the world's flagship optical fiber plant, Brian saw a great transition ahead of him upon beginning his MBA at Duke. It was time to dive into entrepreneurship and bridge the varied experiences and passions he'd developed.
